This family has been a part of my life for so long and I don't know what I would do without them. After shooting Minas sisters wedding 4 years ago and following their lives as they have grown into a family, I have fallen in love with all of their immediate as well as extended families! Truly a blessing that doesn't happen often in business i'm sure, but I've been lucky enough to have it happen a few times. If you remember a last winter I had the HONOR and pleasure of shooting the moment that D proposed at Campus Martius ice rink on quite possibly the coldest day on record that year, so it was such a thrill to finally see the wedding happen. I love when clients become life long friends and in these 2 I have made a bond that exceeds the wedding day photos! It was a blustery spring day on the brink of rain each second, but for a short time the clouds parted and we were able to get some amazing shots! The first wedding of the season, really started us off on a fabulous note (also was excited to shoot side by side with the amazing Jamie Honce on video)....so i'm excited to share with you several of my favorites! I feel like they are family members and this wonderful family is just getting bigger and bigger!!!! I currently have 11 former brides that have just had babies in the last 6n weeks and another 10 that are currently pregnant! AMAZING and so exciting! Occasionally I get to photography couples right before their lives are about to change and I feel so honored to then have the opportunity to come back and photograph the newbies right after they are born! One such couple is one of my favorites ever, Amy and Justin. Baby Violet will arrive next month and I'm so thrilled to meet her. Here are a few of my favorites from their recent "belly" shoot! the dog children decided to join us for most of the shoot too, and we notice the ADORABLE window shot in the nursery, which is beautiful! xoxoxox

Working on all of the past seasons album and print orders, and getting all of the new fun samples for all of our future brides to enjoy. We also have been working on alot of fun projects with clients who have recently added to their families, alot of bellies and newborns this time of year! We are also gearing up for the VERY busy 2010 season, I'm so excited and honored to shoot all of these weddings and I'm looking so forward to sharing them with all of you blog readers. So please forgive me for not keeping up with the blog, but please know that 4 or 5 new posts will hit the blog shortly, so stay tuned. Hope you are enjoying this Michigan weather, I must say I'm excited for May, the tulips and peonies to arrive. Take care, stay warm!!!
